| Pattern Name: | The Dark Lord |
| Description: | The "darkside" version of the prince nymph. It has magical fish taking powers, I am not even kidding. My friend I gave some to asked for the pattern when he got back from his next trip and is always singing its praises when we talk about fishing. I usually skip one or more steps on this one too, I rarely put the legs on it, and sometimes I skip the ribbing. I usually put the collar on though it's not pictured here, it's just a light amount of dubbing above the wings right behind the bead that gives it a more natural appearance. |

| Pattern Name: | It doesnt have a name, just a generic emerger |
| Description: | This is my number one dry for cutthroat, I have caught more on it than any other 10 flies combined excluding just one nymph because they are equal. Just let it drift slowly on the lake if your not sight fishing. You can hang a beadhead dropper on it, and it also works great in moving water as long as it's not too rough. |

| Hook: | TMC 2487 |
| Hook Size: | |
| Materials: | Hook size: 12 to 18 |
| Wing post: white poly yarn, or for better visibility use something pink. | |
| Parachute: Dun Hackle | |
| Body: Tan thread, thin outdoes thick but experiment with it on your own. | |
| Rib: XS ultra wire purple. The visual affect that the purple and tan create is the whole reason I think this works. you may lose the wire after a couple of fish and you wont get the kind of "no questions asked" takes anymore. | |

| Pattern Name: | OC Humpy |
| Description: | October Caddis Humpy In the fall, we get these large orange caddis flies, called October Caddis. I adapted this pattern from a humpy, but added some zelon for an egg sac, an underwing to suggest fluttering, and a caddis style wing. The egg sac and underwing are the same piece of Zelon. Don't trim the Zelon after tying in the egg sac. Fold it back after tying in & trimming the hump. |

| Pattern Name: | Green Rocky |
| Description: | This is just a variation of an uncased Caddis that I tied up and used over the winter in Northern NM. It worked well for me. The fish seemed to hit this harder than anything else I was throwing out. I have fished this pattern only in Northern NM rivers. |
